Technology And Sexual Violence Against Women - 2225 Words

Course: Research Strategies Task: Literature Review Due Date: 19th September 2014 Word Limit: 2200 words ICT and Sexual Violence Sexual violence against women is not a new phenomenon; it is as old as history. Sexual violence entails any unintentional sexual act in which the victim is coerced, threatened, or compelled to engage against their will (Taylor Quayle, 2003). This is a matter that has historically attracted a great deal of attention from scholars and authorities owing to its growing prevalence and disastrous consequences to the victim, including physical, sexual, and psychological harm. The attention has even been greater in recent times since the phenomenon has taken a new form. With advancements in information and communication technologies (ICTs), new ways of perpetrating sexual violence against women have emerged (Eneman, Gillespie Bernd, 2010). ICTs denote the array of technologies that help humans fulfill their information and communication needs. This entails the heterogeneous set of devices, applications, and services used in the production and distribution of informa tion (Coleman, 2005). Over the years, ICTs have evolved tremendously, and now include the Internet, social networks, and mobile devices. Whereas this evolution has positively transformed the generation and circulation of information, the negatives cannot be overlooked. These technologies have now created new ways to perpetrate traditional crimes, including sexual violenceShow MoreRelatedThe Effects Of Sexual Assault On College Students1563 Words   |  7 Pagesworking, and getting good grades. Jane Eyre A State Of Perpetual Limbo - 1837 Words

Joe Holley Bailin 6 April 2015 Jane Eyre Bronte’s Jane Eyre features a protagonist in a state of perpetual limbo between classes. An adoptive orphan placed into the socially and financially perilous role of governess, Jane continually crosses boundaries of social class and hierarchy, leaving her often on the outskirts of English domestic life and leading to a great deal of problems in her marriage to Rochester. Indeed, Jane laments her position within the English â€Å"caste† society in chapter three, when comparing her arguably less-liberated state to that of the â€Å"poor women† of England’s lower social classes, saying that she â€Å"was not heroic enough to purchase liberty at the price of caste† (#). Yet, Jane’s figuring of herself among the†¦show more content†¦Jane makes clear repeatedly in the novel that she does not view her own position as a penniless orphan to have diminished her mind or soul, when she questions Rochester in chapter twenty-three, †Å"Do you think, because I am poor, obscure, plain, and little, I am soulless and heartless?† (#) To Jane, class is not a definitive illuminator of talent or worth; indeed, the novel seems to invite a reading of Jane as an independent, or at the very least self-reliant, young woman. Jane’s position from early in the novel, however, is aptly described by John Reed in the opening chapter, when he calls her a â€Å"dependent,† saying, â€Å"†¦you have no money; your father left you none; you ought to beg, and not live here with gentlemen’s children like us†¦Ã¢â‚¬ (#) There is little in the novel’s depiction of English class and domestic society to contradict John Reed’s assertion; the novel’s most famous dependent, Bertha Mason, appears as an insane figure of colonial oppression and as an apparent â€Å"logical conclusion† to the prevailing English patriarchal domestic ideal. In contrast to Jane, a character presented a s an intelligent, capable young woman who is coming-of-age within the rigid confines of English domestic society, Bertha Mason represents another extreme of the dependent lifestyle: entrapment, both figurative and literal, within the patriarchal domicile. The novel’s portrayal of â€Å"dependency† is, in the case of Bertha Mason, fundamentally

Implementing and Improving Processes in an Organization

Question: Write an essay on the topic "implementation and improvement processes in an organization". Answer: This essay reflects on the topic of design , implementation and improvement processes in an organization. Before proceeding , we should need to know what is a business process and what is meant by its design. A business process is a collection of rational business strategies or processes which are amalgamated to produce goods, information and services of value to the customers. It can be viewed as the distinct processes or a collection of processes which add to the value of a particular product or service (also known as value chain) to fulfil the criteria of the customer. There is a difference between a functional department and a business process . Departments perform various functions while the workflow through those functional departments is termed as a business process ("BPIF - Business Process Management | Department of Finance", 2016). A business process design is a process of formulating or designing activities which define a business and enhances its function. Designing of bu siness process makes sure that the company is efficient, supports and meets the requirements of the customer, conveys productivity and overall development of the organization. The standard measures responsible for successfully designing business process are (Becker and Rosemann 2013) Management of supply chains and customers Improvement of the performance of the business operations. Minimizing cost Promotion of new opportunities in business Integration of various business processes. Considering the project for improvement of process, I learned that the main focus is to ensure the effortless functionality of the process, to understand the needs of the customers and to avoid the chances of loss through futile activities. A project concerning the implementation of technology, focuses on the understanding of processes and their optimization. It also ensures the selection of proper technology and their successful application. In other words, it can be defined as the apparatus used to fulfill various projects. The main reasons which drives towards the designing of a business process is the requirement to .(Weske 2012) Increase the efficacy of the process - An incompetent process may end up in financial losses, face a delay in achieving the target, pay for unnecessary costs and overall fails to attain its primary goal. Assess the business process as a segment of development project of an organization - for instance, the design of a business process could be necessary for business acquisition. Assess new and potential opportunities in business Manage and regulate human and knowledge resources of a company Designing of an efficient business process is one of the measures taken to achieve its improvement. Business process improvement can be defined as an approach made by a business organization, to attain more efficient outcomes by making full use of its repressed processes. The strategy needs to be updated and adapted according to the dynamic market and the needs of customers (van der Aalst 2013). It is often said that change is the only constant. Changes may be positive or negative in nature and comes through diverse sources. The outcome depends on the perception of the employees of an organization and the measures taken by the management to make the employees adapt to and abide by those changes. Such changes include updation of governing policies, change in the policies of client service and even technological advancement (Harmon 2014). It is a process of transition where the organization accepts a new methodology considering the previous methods inefficient. As a bank employee, the bank that I work had altered the use of an older version of software to a new system of banking. This new software was not only much user friendly than the previous versions but also improved the functionality of all the banking sectors (security, retail, investment and corporate). The business improvement policy is an approach to make progressive changes in implementation of business in order to attain efficient outcomes (Rosemann and Brocke 2015). I, personally, am welcome to change, as it brings about progression of an organization thus increasing the productivity and profitability. I ensure that the integrity of the team is maintained by leading them towards an implementation process, which provides them with an opportunity to work together and sustains the functionality of the team.. The first week, helped me to learn the change in the business process, which included value chain, advantage in competition and linking of strategies. Business strategy refers to the policies applied to enhance the competitive nature of a business, and to achieve commercial goals. Value chain on the other hand can be defined as the measures used by a company to added value to a particular product or a service manufactured or provided by them. This aspect is explained by the theory of competitive advantage by Michael Porter in the year 1980. The structure of a business outlines the design of an organization, which amplifies the level of understanding and cooperation and directs the business towards its target (Whelan and Meaden 2012). According to some, an organized business prioritizes their customers, focuses on the changes in the market, and adapts their business plan to it consequently. On the contrary, some consider the primary focus of a business organization should be on the cu stomers, business operations and the overall framework of the business. This also helped in understanding the various prospects of a business which includes: strategic, knowledge, stream, abilities and organizational aspect (Kirchmer 2012). There are always various approaches to an issue depending upon its complication which results in different decisions. The decision taken with respect to a particular issue depends on the challenges or the hurdles affecting it. The most important factor regarding decision making is realizing the consequence of the decision . (Harmon 2015). Though some decisions need no thought at all, but some are very challenging and might require analysis and research. It is quite often observed that the process of decision making depends upon the criticality of the decision. Other factors that rely on the decisions are experience, talent, performance during a time period and the amount of resources used. There are innumerable sources of information with regards to decision making. I choose the source of information very wisely and it usually includes printed sources such as journals, articles and books. The internet is the most affordable and appropriate source since it has a huge amount of information accessible to all. Interacting with people also helps us to acquire information by sharing experiences and learning from them (Laguna and Marklund 2013). When I make a wrong decision, makes me feel guilty because I owe my company and as a consequence could lead to my termination. I evaluate my decision to check where I went wrong and make a new decision that will rectify the previous mistake. One of the major strategies in decision making is the analysis of the problems or hurdles which challenge the organization. Managers should not only have sufficient information regarding the functionality of the company, but also should analyze the probable results of the various decisions that they could possibly make (Jeston and Nelis 2014). The pivotal factors which facilitate implementation of continuous process improvement can be encompassed within five stages (Evans and Lindsay 2014) Defining the improvement strategy Measuring the effiviency of the business process Analyzing the reason behind the efficiency Improving and refining those methods for the betterment if possible Regulation and control of the process from falling apart The business design forms the fundamental framework of any organization, the business apparatus or tools help in proper functioning of business process while the improvement enhances the efficacy of the organization and increases the profitability of the organization. Therefore I would like to conclude by saying that the designing, implementation and improvement of a business process can be considered as the steps to achieve the dream of a harmonious, successful and efficient business process. Essay for Lit Draft Essays

Essay for Lit Draft Essays Essay for Lit Draft Essay Essay for Lit Draft Essay Their fathers involvement not only affects their level of knowledge, but also shapes their personalities, creates a shift in power from ether to son, and in the end, impacts the decisions they make when they realize the truths in their lives. Knowledge plays a huge role in peoples lives when it comes to growing up. For Oedipus and Barry, their fathers control their level of knowledge. Oedipus is born and Immediately abandoned by his father. Since Oedipus has no knowledge of his past he ends up unknowingly killing his father, King Alias. Much of the playwright Is about the search for the man who killed King Alias. There Is a repeated contrast In the dialogue between the known and unknown. For example when Oedipus Is speaking with Thirties for Insight on how to find the killer. OEDIPUS: For the love of god, dont turn away, not if you know something. We beg you, all of us on our knees. THIRTIES: None of you knows?and I will never reveal my dreadful secrets, not to say your own. At this point in the playwright, Thirties is trying to hint that there is a truth of Oedipus life that is hidden. Oedipus is constantly hinted throughout the play, however the main fact of him being unknowing of his past creates problems not only for himself, but others in the city. For Barry, on the other hand, knows about his past. However, even though he knows, he is still Influenced by his father because of It. Barry has conversations with his mother and father and It Is very well known that his father Is dying because of an illness. Because Barry Is up to date with his life, It makes It easier for him to go through translators and be trusted by those who rely on him. Having a relationship with a parent is also an important part of a persons life and impacts personality. Oedipus has essentially no relationship with his father besides the fact that he has killed him. Oedipus having no true guidance while growing up to learn right from wrong may very well be the reason for his temperament. Whenever Oedipus is faced tit something that tests him, he becomes very angry, extreme and arrogant. Contrarily, Barry has a relationship with his father, however through the dialogue, the reader can tell that there is a lack of connection between the two of them. There is little to no emotion and their sentences are to the point. However, because Barry knows his father and has him as a figure In his life, he Is able to be caring and patient with those around him as well as his father. When Barry must shave his father he Is calm and responsible. When his father asks him, Hows It going? he replies with, No problem, and You neednt worry. Since Parrys father communicates Walt n NV Ana NAS a purpose In Nils Tie, Barry Is addle to malting a controlled personality. The protagonists relationships with their fathers also affect the speed of their coming of age. The protagonists are younger men in both works of literature. Both are faced with sudden changes in their lives. Oedipus father has died and he has become a king due to solving the riddle of the sphinx. This change transfers power Oedipus father, to himself. With this new power, he must make decisions that are not only affecting himself, but the people of his city. Oedipus has no prior knowledge of what has happened in the past with his city, which suggests that he was not ready to handle this amount of power. In the playwright, the members of the city seem to become uneasy with him leading them. (QUOTE) It is very possible that if Oedipus had had an existing relationship with his father, that he would have had a more gradual transition when gaining power. He would still have someone to look over him and help him make important decisions. With that support, he may have become trustworthy leader. The shift of power from father to son is different for Barry. Barry is more prepared because he has known that his father has been ill and will no longer be a form of guidance for him. Even though his father is present and a part of his life, he really does not guide him based on the fact that he is ill and not able to experience life with Barry outside of the hospital. This is shown when Barry and his father have small talk when he is shaving him. His father does not remember his age. A father that is involved would know the age of their son. The difference between Barras relationship with his father and Oedipus with his is that Parrys situation is unavoidable. It makes it easier for Barry to understand and take control because he knows what is going to happen. Barry is more prepared to take on power. The shifts of power from father to son also cause epiphanies for both protagonists at the end of each work of literature. Oedipus is faced with the truth, that he was the killer of King Alias, his father. He also finds out that his mother, Jotas, is now his wife. Barry is faced with the truth that his father is going to die. There is an enormous difference in how each character reacts to their epiphanies. Oedipus approaches his truth violently. He inflicts pain on himself, which the reader finds out from the messenger. He rips off her brooches, the long gold pins holding her robes?and lifting them high, looking straight up into the points, he digs them down the sockets of his eyes, crying, muff, youll see no more the pain I suffered, all the pain I caused! (Sophocles, 1402-1406) By contrast, Barry is more accepting when he is brought to his truth. This is mainly because he is much more prepared and has had time to accept what is before him. T he narrator of Shaving ends the short story with Parrys realization. Barry opened wide the bathroom Indo. Already, although it was not yet two oclock, the sun was retreating and people were moving briskly, wrapped in their heavy coats against the cold that was to come. But now the window was full in the beam of the dying sunlight, and Barry stood there, illuminated in its golden warmth for a whole minute, knowing it would soon be gone (Norris, 123). Assuming that the sun is a symbol for Parrys father, he is realizing that his father is going to die. It may be that because he shaved him, he fully understood his fathers incapability to do things that once were small tasks in his life. It also may Just be the fact that he had known that his dad was sick and would not De getting netter. In conclusion, Sophocles aromas tragedy leaps Ana Leslie Norris short story Shaving both delve into the idea that fathers have an influence on their sons lives while coming of age. With the prior knowledge that both protagonists in these works of literature have about their lives, given to them by their fathers, each protagonist is affected internally. This is proven by their formed personalities, their way of handling their power, the important decisions they make and how they handle their realizations of truth.

Raising HCAHPS Scores. Annotated Bibliography Essay

Raising HCAHPS Scores. Annotated Bibliography - Essay Example Bower, K. A. (2009). Managing Care: The Crucial Nursing–Case Management Partnership. Nurse Leader 26-29. This article does not explicitly dwell on the improvement of HCAHPS scores in a hospital. However, the article introduces the concept of case management and its relationship with the cost benefits that an institution accrues once it implements effective and efficient case management in its operations. In this case, the author identifies the goals to effective case management as laying emphasis on clinical outcomes, satisfaction of patients, and compliance goals, which are elements that have a relationship with the importance of raising HCAHPS scores in an organization. Importantly, the author related the importance of effective case management with the financial incentives that an organization accrues. The author indicated that Medicare’s Recovery Audit Contractor program retracted more than $800 million from acute hospitals in three states during a demonstration project, although the program is now in practice in all the states. Hence, this implies that effective case management, which is associated with nursing and quality of care, is an important aspect of ensuring financial incentives in a hospital. On the other hand, improving effective case management improves the quality of care and has an effect on the improvement of HCAHPS scores in a hospital. ... tes to the clinical process, which accounts for 70% of the performance score while the remaining percentage is the patient experience domain, which is the basis for the HCAHPS score. In line with this, Cliff highlights the cost benefits aspect of including these measures in provision of incentives to a hospital that provided quality care. Cliff not only highlights the importance of improving the quality of care by raising HCAHPS scores in a hospital, but also discusses the existence of financial rewards associated with the raising of these scores. Elliot, M. N., Lehrman, W. G., Goldstein, E., Hambarsoomian, K., Beckett, M. K., & Giodano, L. A. (2009). Do Hospitals Rank Differently on HCAHPS for Different Patient Subgroups? Compare three companies Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words

Compare three companies - Essay Example 1 in the overall mobile phone market; with its revenues skyrocketing and sales to end users growing 19 percent in the second quarter of 2013 .This paper is an attempt to identify the key tactics and measures adopted by Samsung to reach the top slot of consumer market all over the world. Apple and Samsung have been rivals of each other over a number of years for acquiring the entitlement for the best Smartphone manufacturer. In the recent past, Apple has convincingly won the best Smartphone provider in the past years. After the loss of its iconic mastermind Steve Job, Apple has lost its hold on the market and is receiving tough competition from Samsung. Samsung, on the other hand, has shot to fame by breaking his own previous sales records by consistently improving the quality of its smartphones, giving high-quality products like the Samsung Galaxy and giving lots of new features with every version of its smart phone range. Although Sony is not far behind but it will take time to comp ete on an equal scale with Samsung. Sony had established its name quite firmly in the television, LCD, LED, gadgets, and cellphone manufacturing industry but Samsung has now taken the lead in this context and is capturing the TV market by developing LED, LCD with more advanced technology and more user friendly features under reasonable rates. After the not so successful launch of iPhone5, Apple has quietly predicted that the new iPhone 5S will be the first ever Apple phone that has been created primarily to compete with Samsung and will give a tough competition in head to head sales. If both company’s latest smartphones are analyzed, then it becomes clear that the image of Samsung is in every way a step ahead from Apple because of its unique production techniques. It is important to have a comparison of iPhone5S and Samsung Galaxy S4 specs to understand the difference between the latest offerings from each vendor. Both these sets were introduced in 2013. The only edge that iPhone 5s seem to have over Samsung’s Galaxy S4 is that iPhone tends to be much lighter but still Samsung’s S4 offers so much more and is also having a handy look to suit all sorts of customers. The strange thing which is noticed by the users of android is that the new version of Apple ios7 is almost a replica to the android users, which is a controversial topic. It is crystal clear that the iPhone is actually adopting android interface software to give their iPhone a different look. The new version of

Abu Dhabi which is capital of UAE is considered as the richest city of its existence which consists of scenic wave front Croniche and the overgenerous Emirates palace hotels which are hard to miss by any tourist and the beauty present in the city takes the capital of the country to the next level. (Top rated dubai tourist attractions, 2010) MAJOR FINDINGS- The major findings in the study of tourism basically turn our attention towards the relation between the USA and UK and UAE. The tourism sector is basically compared within these countries and the help which is provided by the USA and UK to United Arab Emirates for developing the tourist destination places to attract more and more tourist across the world. As we all know about the United States contribution of $733 million to the United Arab Emirates tourism economy in 2008 in a challenging economy environment through which international tourism remains flexible according to the new Tourism Outlook in United States of America. As to travel in United States the person coming from States has to purchase average amount of $139.69 while an Emirati travelers has to spend around $262 million on their visa branded payment cards which was observed as 49 increment over 2007. United States also analyzed attitudes and intentions of the traveler which was basically based on 11 key source markets. There is decrement in the travelling of US people due to socio-economic climate which is creates inside the country but somewhere it is not affected by the economic environment where 83 percent adjust their international travel plans while 52 percent opt for travelling during off peak season and around 33 percent choose the place where cost is comparative ly less. (US contributed $733 million to UAEs tourism economy in 2008, 2009) There are various positive and negative impacts on the tourism industry of every country but the country here is United Arab Emirates. We all know about the positive impacts which affect the tourism in the positive manner but the negative impacts can be in the form of crime which will affect the tourism. The other thing is about the maintenance of the tourist destination places which gives the first impression of the place. When we talk about the Negative impacts then the primary source of these impacts is environment present in the country as some of the places may be polluted which can be harmful for the tourists as they are not use to that kind of environment. These were some of the negative impacts on the tourism sector of the country as it can affect the position and reputation of the tourism department of the country. DISCUSSION- As we have collected the data from the people at the tourist place which gives their view over the tourist facilities being provided by the government to the people coming from outside. There are well established shopping malls for the tourists which are fully filled with facilities. The relation with USA and UK are also emerging as the main topic for the tourism industry in which various steps has been taken by both the countries to lure the people of both the countries toward each other. The negative impacts of the factor discussed above are tried to be minimized taking efforts towards it which will be helpful in building a strong base for the tourism sector of the United Arab Emirates. CONCLUSION- The conclusion which allows us to take the best move to take our tourism sector to the sky heights is to maintain the tourist places well to attract more and more people towards it. Mainly United Arab Emirates is famous for its shopping festival which should be marketed around the globe which attracts the people to take part in it from other countries. Chapter 5- Summary, Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations SUMMARY: United Arab Emirates is controlled by seven sheikhs and it is the place which is known as favorite tourist destination around the world. This increment of tourism is due to the factors like crime free environment and highly developed infrastructure and there is various worth places due to which tourist industry is at boom. To learn the destination places and the background of the tourism sector of the country is basic principle to study the tourism sector of the United Arab Emirates. The study is about the tourists nature that is their preferences of going, collection about the arrival and leaving of tourists and various other things. There are very much differences in the United States of America and United Kingdom of UAE tourism which makes them think and ways of coping up with the problems in the tourism sector. This is done for removing the impacts of the sector which are negative. Many questions arise which are related with the sector of tourism in the United Arab Emirates like the contributing elements for the study of tourism in UAE? Other important question that is raised is that what is the position of tourism compared according to the countries like USA and UK? In United Arab Emirates, some negative impacts can also be included from the tourism which is bottlenecks on the way of success in United Arab Emirates. The main objective of study of study of tourism in United Arab Emirates is studying the concept of tourism in the Middle East and by studying the incoming and outgoing of the tourists. There is large number of chapters included in the tourism study in United Arab Emirates and these chapters consist of introduction. These chapters also contain the approach and methodology. There are various types of studies and the two major studies are international study and the local study. It is noted that Dubai is considered to maintain the flow of cash. There are drawback suggestions like the improvement of judicial procedure and the improvement in tourist places should be done. Surveys performed on the people of United Arab Emirates are an approach used for finding the information about tourism. The main aim of sources of data is to view two sections which consist of National people and foreign tourists. FINDINGS: After reading all the points about the whole process of tourism, employment, and various other growths in UAE and after doing various surveys in between the local people and the tourists in UAE, it is found that all the programs except a few problems launched by the government are helpful and favoured by both the local people and the tourists. Various programs and schemes like with 2 tickets of adult a free ticket of child is provided during the tourist season which is liked by majority of the tourists and this type of schemes attracts the tourists. When the tourists come to UAE, most of the hotels, bars etc are totally booked and this helps in the employment of various people. When a survey was done recently for the comments of the tourists and the local people of UAE, it was found that about 90% of the people and the tourists were satisfied with the policies of government and the behavior of the local people with the tourists. According to tourists the behavior of the people of UAE is very supportive and there are no problems of crime and cheating. But some of the tourists and the resident people have some problems from the increment in tourism. It is found that one of the major problems that are faced is of environmental pollution like destruction of forest, noise and air pollution which harms the health of the local people of UAE and due to this a little decrement has taken place in the tourism industry in UAE. It is founded that most of the developments in UAE is because of the growth of tourism industry. CONCLUSIONS: From all the discussions above it is concluded that the main reason for the development of UAE is tourism and without tourism UAE would not have been grown as much. From the above discussions about tourism in UAE, we have come to know that tourism is not only the purpose of recreation but it also a source of service. UAE depends heavily on the foreigners travel expenditure as a great source of taxation and income for various enterprises. Therefore in UAE, tourism is a strategy of promoting a particular region with a purpose of increasing commerce through the export of goods and services. In UAE, the tourism provides employment to the people in the form of Hotels bars etc and due to this it is concluded that tourism in UAE increases the standard of living of people and decreases the unemployment. But tourism has some disadvantages in UAE in the form of environmental damage like forest fires, destruction of sand dunes and pollution. This increased pollution disturbs the local residents and this pollution discourages the tourism in future. Though, the government of UAE has launched various programs for the control of the pollution but all these programs were not good enough to control the pollution. The traditional culture of UAE is very unique and very vast but the tourist does not always give respect to the traditional culture which is very sad to hear but it is true. Finally it is concluded that tourism is a very profitable process especially in UAE as development in UAE depends vastly on this industry because there is no requirement of lot of literacy and it yields very much profit with very little investment SUGGESTIONS: There are many advantages of tourism and the tourism in UAE is perfect up to a certain level but there are some drawbacks of tourism in UAE. Some suggestions for the removal of these drawbacks are- first of all the tourism in UAE causes pollution which damages the environment so control measures for pollution like noise and air should be taken by the government like use of CNG more than petrol and diesel. As the tourism provide employment to many people in UAE through bars, hotels, tourist guide etc so to increase the employment more and more hotels and bars should be opened by the government of UAE. Due to high employment the economy of the country increases at a rapid rate which further leads to the growth of UAE. Many factories should be opened by the government of UAE because the tourism in UAE provides indirect employment in terms of workers of the factory that helps in producing goods and services in the economy which helps in meeting the demand of the population in tourism. To promote the tourism in UAE government should give various offers to the tourists like discount on the packages given during the tourist season and large number of packages should be taken out during the festivals in UAE. The main problem in UAE is of security so more police forces should be appointed only for the tourism. More tourism in UAE will lead to more and more development of the country.
